In this day downtime to your site could have a drastic effect on your business and that is why we don't just offer an uptime guarantee but an SLA to back it up. If by any chance your site is inaccessible for any length of time, submit a support ticket stating your issue and requesting a service credit. We will be sure to appropriately credit your account according to our Service Level Agreement

Price & Plan Freeze

We feel that it is unfair to suddenly change our prices, even if the customer is given notice. That is why our clients will always pay the same amount for life (excluding promotional discounts) with their accounts. If your first full payment is $2.45, every other full payment will be $2.45. The only time that we will ever change our prices is if they are in your favor. We won't change any of your features either, nor will we add any extra fees that were not in any aforementioned documentation.
