OpticGrid wants to thank you for doing business with them. Our way of doing this is by giving our clients service credit after they have been a client for a certain amount of time.

• After being a client for 3 months you will be eligibly to receive a 25% service credit for your 4th months bill!
• After being a client for 6 months you will be eligibly to receive a 50% service credit for your 7th months bill!
• After being a client for 9 months you will be eligibly to receive a 75% service credit for your 10th months bill!
• After being a client for 12 months you will be eligibly to receive a 100% service credit for your 13th months bill!
• Every additional year you receive 100% Service Credit All service credits are applied upon request. If you do not request your service credits you will not receive them

To receive your client loyalty service credit you must submit a support ticket to billing requesting your service credit.
